*Please note all returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person.

*If you believe that your order was filled incorrectly or the product received was damaged please contact us via phone at 888.395.6004 or email at retail@exactmats.com. Please include your order number with your inquiry.

 

 

  1. How can I return my order?
    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your ExactMats purchase, you can return your order for a full refund as long as we receive them within 60 days of your original order date. Because ExactMats are custom-made for the year, make, and model of each vehicle, returns must naturally be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
    • To request a return, email us at support@exactmats.com with the reason for your return and your order number, or call us at 888.395.6004 to request a return over the phone.
  2. How long will it take to receive a refund?
    • Once your return has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria (usually within three business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original form of payment within seven business days. Please note that this could take longer depending on your credit card company and their processing methods.
